Look What else Is at School!

Aunt Bev surprised me. She said there was another part
of the school that I had not seen. She said that she was going to start teaching and I could go over to the nursery and play with the babies. I was like, "I don't have to sit in here all day?" And she said they needed some help with the babies and I could go over there. I got to see the little babies and play with the bigger babies. I think the boys thought I was pretty cool! We played with blocks and trucks and stuff that little kids play with. I have decided that Caleb is really lucky. He has a big sister and a little brother. After playing with the babies and talking with the big girls, I wish I had a brother or sister - or both, just like Caleb!

Lunchtime!

I got to eat with the girls. This is Sienna. And there are even little babies at this school. I shared some food with Damien. I thought he was cute and he laughed when I talked to him. We had pancakes, sausage, and bagels. I was full!

School bells!!

I went to school today with Aunt Bev. She is a teacher. The school has all girls! There were no boys in the class - weird, I thought, but I didn't tell Aunt Bev because she might laugh or something. Anyways, during the morning before school started, we all sat around and talked. I met Charlotte - who I really liked - Paige, Seinna, and Shaniqua. I think Caleb would of liked talking with the girls. Caleb has a sister and is used to the girl thing. We are all sitting and talking in the pictures. I think they thought I was good looking, good thing I dressed up this morning. But then they started talking about teen age girl things and that got boring.

Soccer!!

Cori is on a soccer team. This is her first year. They have blue uniforms and they are funny because the uniforms are so big and they are so little! I got to go with Aunt Bev, and Steph to watch Cori play. Steph is Caleb's big cousin. and watch Cori play. We waited outside by the driveway and Cori's family stopped and picked us up. Then we went to a school that had lots and lots of soccer fields and lots and lots of kids. They were all different ages, but they wore uniforms. I got to sit with the team and have a drink of water. It was fun! Cori is the fastest runner on the team.

Good-Good-Night!

Mr. Robin and I laid down and watched a movie, Narnia. This is the same movie that Caleb and I like to watch in OH. I feel asleep in Celia's bed. I slept all night with her. I sure was so tired that I was glad to finally close my eyes!

Turtles, Turtles, Everywhere!!

Remember when I told you about Mr. Robin going fishing? He is a marine archaeologist - that is a big word that means he goes under the water in the big ocean and looks for stuff like ships that sunk years and years ago! Well, he took us to the ocean to see the turtles and the go swimming. We are swimming in FL and it is snowing in OH!! The water was just a little bit cold. I got to swim with these big turtles. The turtles live in the ocean and they even swim. I never saw a turtle that lives in the water. At first it was scary, but the turtles just swimmed away.
Have you ever seen the ocean! It is HUGE! You can see these waves that roll up on the beach and I had to jump back to keep them from hitting my feet. It was fun!!

Get down! Boogie!

It is a lot hotter down here in Florida. When I left OH, it was snowing and cold. When I got down here, it was a lot warmer and the sun is shining all the time. I didn't even have to wear a coat when we went outside. I kept squinting every time we were outside, so Celia ran back into the house and got some sun glasses for me. They were a little big for me, but it sure was easier to see outside. Ms. Robie made all of us put a lot of sun screen on before we could even go outside!
But then it suddenly started raining and we had to run into the house. So Mr. Robin put some music on, got his guitar and we all started singing and dancing! I'm standing on top of the CD player until Ms. Robie saw me.....she said get down, RIGHT NOW! Boy, did I get down fast!

Good-night!!

After supper we watched a movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks. All of us laughed and laughed! Then Ms. Robie said it was bedtime. We took a bath, brushed out teeth and listened to a good-night story. This is when I met Gin-Gin cat. Cori sleeps with her every night. She told me all about Gin-Gin and why she is so special. Cori calls her grandma "Gingie" and her grandma was shopping one day and saw a cat named Gin-Gin. She started to laugh because she thought of Cori, so she bought it for Cori. Now they sleep together every night. Good-night!!
I sure had a big day. I went from OH to FL, to Aunt Bev's and now to Cori's house. I can't wait to Caleb about it!

Supper was Great!!

Here I am eating supper with Cori and Celia. It was REALLY good!! We had fish that their Dad grilled outside on the grill. He told us all about going out on the boat and catching the fish. The same fish we were eating. I have never been fishing and Mr. Robin said maybe we could go fishing before I leave FL. I think that would be a lot of fun. And we got ice cream for desert.

Cori's House

Here is Celia. She is nine years old and in the 4th grade. We played on the computer. She is good! Then, I met Mona, who is their dog. She is so calm and I rested with her when I was tired!

I'm in Florida!!

Hi! I am Flat Stanley, Caleb's friend. He sent me to visit his Aunt Bev in FL. It was a long trip down there, but I made it. His Aunt Bev is cool!

When I got there, I had a surprise. Cori, who is 5 years old, was visiting. We walked around the condo complex, looked at the pool, and even played some games. Boy is Cori god at Memory. She beat both of us.
